Nice building in the heart of Chengdu. From the bus stop 5 minutes on foot. Extensive and excellent breakfast with noodles and rice, as for instance - well worth the money.

Good staff members are in service 24 hrs of the day. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with comfy bed and the cooler air and great views and care about everyone. The hotel offers slices of fresh bread, eggs, and meats for breakfast.

The bed was soft, the room had climate control, a safe, and a multi-channel TV, plus a nice city view.

Our room was clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. The location was also convenient, with a subway station nearby and easy access to shopping areas. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Our romantic escape was an absolute delight! The staff was extremely friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We loved the complementary welcome drinks and chocolates in our room - a fantastic touch! The hotel's location was perfect, with many fantastic restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with a comfortable bed and stunning views of the city.

While overall our stay was great, we did have some issues with the air conditioning in our room. It took a while for someone to come to fix it and even then, the temperature wasn't quite right.

We stayed at a hotel in the center of the action, near the metro station and shopping area. The location was perfect, right off the central square, in a very nice area. The room was comfortable and clean, with a large LCD TV and a great bed. The bathroom was well-appointed with nice linens and towels. The service was helpful and friendly, especially the young man at the front desk who spoke good English. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of food and the views from the hotel were wonderful.

The front desk was often busy and not all the staff spoke English, which made communication a bit slow and difficult at times.

The location was convenient with nearby subway access and attractions like Tianfu Square and People's Park within walking distance. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even offering assistance to non-Mandarin speakers. The cleanliness of the place was commendable. Good food options were available nearby. a great stay and highly recommended for future visits.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded our luxurious needs. the staff was courteous, attending to our needs promptly, and the room was lavishly decorated with exclusive amenities. the bar/lounge area was cozy and intimate, perfect for drinks in the evening. We also appreciated the private facilities available for our use. the hotel's location provided easy access to many local restaurants and department stores.

While our stay was mostly enjoyable, the only minor issue we encountered was the small size of the safe inside the room, which was not attached to any wall or cupboard. However, this did not detract from our overall experience and sense of security provided by the excellent sound isolation.
